Client verification and transaction checks

Introducer relationships

Where a client or property opportunity is introduced to Arclen through an estate agent or other introducer, Arclen may process information provided by the introducer to assess the enquiry and determine whether it is suitable for Arclen's services.

Information shared with an introducer following an introduction will be limited to what is appropriate, lawful and consistent with client confidentiality.

Information is not sold to third parties.

08International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, Arclen will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where required, which may include:

  • an adequacy regulation;
  • approved contractual safeguards;

Website enquiries and unsuccessful applications may be retained for up to two years where necessary for record keeping, compliance, complaints handling or legitimate business purposes.
