Client Verification
Arclen Finance
Arclen needs to understand who it is working with and the nature of each proposed property finance transaction.
Arclen Finance Limited, trading as Arclen Finance, is a specialist property finance brokerage arranging unregulated bridging and development finance only. Arclen does not lend and does not make credit decisions.
Verification helps Arclen:
- assess whether it can assist;
- prepare accurate lender submissions;
- meet lender and professional requirements.
Arclen's verification supports its own assessment and lender preparation. It does not replace lender KYC, AML checks or underwriting.
